Return Policy
At Cave Craft, every product is handcrafted with care and made to order. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items. To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 1 day of receiving your order

• Please email us with photos of the damaged item and your order number

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery

Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3–4 business days for inspection and processing. As all our products are made by hand, replacements will be re-crafted and shipped with care.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Items returned without prior communication

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Custom-labeled or personalized products unless they arrived damaged
